Ideal for those who don't know where to start. A zoom call with Matt is an ideal place to start if you live further afield/across the other side of the world or you want to get to know Matt before you start 1-1 training with him. If you are unable to work with Matt in person but love what he is about then a video call can be a great way for Matt to help. He can listen and learn about your dog/'s your situation, ask the right questions and advise you where to start. He can guide you through training you can start working on directly at home yourself and what to be looking for when finding the right trainer for you. How does this work? You will book a call via our book now button above, Matt will then be in touch with you to confirm the booking and to make sure the time suits you, if you live in a different time zone then we can adjust timing for you. 9we may also have to adjust the call if Matt has 1-1 sessions further away from HQ that day. We can usually get your zoom call in a lot earlier than the date/time you have booked. Matt will be in touch to confirm and to set you up with your zoom call link. So please do not worry if the time & date you select does not work for you, this is just so we have your details/booking so we can arrange for you. Matt will send you the details across for your zoom call and away you go :) Any questions at all please do ask

Cancellation Policy

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking. Payment Plans - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. ANY HOURS OWED OR AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE: You must use all of your hours from your training session that may be owed to you or as apart of your package with in 4months from your purchase date/first session.
