Intensive In-Home Dog Training with Matt We travel to you – anywhere in the UK Looking for a powerful reset, deeper training, or expert help with challenging behaviours? Our Train & Stay program brings Matt, our head trainer with over 18 years of experience, directly to your doorstep – wherever you are in the UK. Unlike traditional residential training, Train & Stay is fully immersive and collaborative. We stay nearby, bring our own well-trained dogs, and work with you and your dog intensively in your home, your neighbourhood, and your real life. Why Choose our one of a kind program? This is not a one-size-fits-all boot camp; it’s a focused, hands-on journey crafted around your goals and lifestyle. You’re Part of the Process Unlike residential board-and-train programs where your dog learns in isolation, you’re involved every step of the way. We guide you through the training, giving you real-time coaching, practical tools, and the confidence to continue progress long after we leave. Train & Stay gives you focused, in-person coaching from Matt, often producing life-changing results in just a few days. What’s Included? Minimum stay: 1 night with 2 full days of training 3–4 hands-on training sessions per day, tailored to your dog and lifestyle Training takes place in your home and everyday environment: your walks, your local town, dog-friendly cafes and pubs, and pet shops We travel to you and stay locally, ensuring we’re close by for the entire duration of your program Matt works exclusively with you during your stay – no distractions, no splitting attention Pricing & Booking Pricing starts at £1800 for a 1-night stay and 2 days of intensive training with Matt Longer stays available depending on your goals Flexible payment plans available This service is available anywhere in the UK. Cancellation Policy
POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking. Payment Plans - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. ANY HOURS OWED OR AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE: You must use all of your hours from your training session that may be owed to you or as apart of your package with in 4months from your purchase date/first session. We are unable to follow up with any hours owing after this period of time. Please book your follow up sessions in for the hours you are owed and have paid for
