Thank you** In these sessions, we will continue to improve the behaviors and fine tune any curve balls the dog has thrown your way whilst you have been training. These sessions are ideal if you are struggling to keep on top of training, after extra sessions for your dog or your dog need a solid a intensive session with your training. This is an option for those who are unable to work on training due to other commitments. - our trainers charge 1 way .50p per mile for mileage, this is to be paid on the day of your session to the trainer. Cancellation Policy

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund.
