Service Description
You are paying for 4 hours of training which you can then use in separate hourly slots. Booking this way allows you to use a payment plan as you are booking more than 1 hour at a time. When you book you will book your first hour slot. You and your trainer will then discuss when to book your next sessions. When you come to book your next sessions please use the booking service called - follow up hour from package. PLEASE BOOK THE TRAINER WHO IS CLOSEST TO YOU OR WHO YOU HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH MATT TRAVELS FROM POSTCODE BB4 6SH - our trainers charge .50p per mile for mileage, this is to be paid on the day of your session to the trainer. Cancellation Policy
GENERAL TERMS ​ 1. Payment Requirements All services must be paid for before the start of training, unless paying by payment plan. Payment plans are provided as a courtesy to spread the cost—they are not a pay-as-you-go system. For our 3-Day Transformation Program, we offer 0% interest payment plans up to 12 months. You may begin training before the plan is completed, but the full balance remains owed in all circumstances. ​2. Refunds Refunds are issued only where stated in these Terms & Conditions. Decisions outside of these policies are made strictly at our discretion and are final. terminate any service if: We believe the program is no longer a good fit for you or your dog, Progress is unlikely due to low client engagement, Safety protocols are not followed, The working relationship breaks down. No refunds will be issued for sessions already delivered or for digital content already accessed. ​ 3-DAY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM​ Deposits A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your booking. Pay in Full Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 1 month before your start date will be refunded minus the 25% deposit. Cancellations made within 1 month of your start date are non-refundable. Payment Plans Payment plans of up to 12 months at 0% interest are available. Payment plans cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. You agree to complete the full plan regardless of attendance or completion of your program. Cancellation by Us If we must cancel due to serious unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience.
