Service Description
BOOT CAMP – You first session is 4 hours, book this session and then our trainers will send over the link to book your remainder 2 sessions of 4 hours. A minimum 3 days of intensive training with your chosen trainer. Each day is 4 hours of training. Our trainer’s will pick up and collect your dog and at the end of each day they will spend time with you transitioning training over with you. You must continue with the training and procedures that our trainers put in place to see results. Please speak to our trainer’s if you are unsure. This service is ideal for those who need the trainers to deal with the issues you are having. This service allows our trainers to get your dogs to a place where they are ready for you to pick up where our trainer’s left of and enjoy your dog. If you need more than 3 days of training our trainers can add extra days for you. £ days is our minimum for this service as this is what is needed for our trainers to lay a good solid foundation ready for you to take over. Our trainer’s will spend the last half an hour of each session with you in your home so they can discuss training taken placed that day and to go over training for you to continue with. Our trainers will train your dog during this time. Nothing else is on their agenda except your dog and whatever pressing issue we need to resolve. our trainer’s entire attention and expertise are set to work on the one single purpose of helping you when you are in dire need and dealing with even the most severe of issues. Please note, this is a time consuming and costly service. This will show results. But you will have to make sure you follow on with what your trainers tells you to make sure this training lasts a lifetime. **PLEASE write down your issues in the notes section when you book, even if we have spoken on the phone. MILEAGE charge: Please note that mileage will be charged at 50p per mile. This can be paid after booking. MATT TRAVELS FROM POSTCODE BB4 6SH- our trainers charge 1 way .50p per mile for mileage, this is to be paid on the day of your session to the trainer. Any questions please ask
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions 1-1 Training (online & in person) if paid in full: CANCELLATION BY YOU: We are unable to process a refund for any cancellations made less than a week. We require a full 7 day's notice from the start of your sessions. If you have all ready started your block booking of hours we are no longer able to offer a cancellation or refund on any remaining sessions. - We do not accept any cancellations for any bookings made using our payment plans. You must pay your full payment plan. RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this and you must pay the full plan to term.. CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. 3 Day Transformation Program We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking. Payment Plans - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this and you must complete the plan to term.. ANY HOURS OWED OR AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE: You must use all of your hours from your training session that may be owed to you or as apart of your package with in 4months from your purchase date/first session. We are unable to follow up with any hours owing after this period of time. Please book your follow up sessions in for the hours you are owed and have paid for
