1/2 day Train with Matt at HQ

Service Description

4-hour session with either head trainer Matt held at Sit Happens HQ or have Matt travel to you - additional cost will occur. All issues resolved. You may require more than 1 session; this is something to discuss with your trainer - Ideal for those travelling far and wanting to get as much from a session as possible and/or those who have a lot going on and unsure whether they can fit more than one session in with a trainer. - Tackle difficult issues such as dog &, human reactivity in the safe space of our facility and with many controllability factors. When working with our head trainer you will also have access to his pack of (4 well balanced dogs, who help dogs daily.) - Take what you learn and learn how to put it into real life situations - session is also ideal for those wanting to brush up on training and then have Matt or Luke take you out into the real world, such as our local dog park and or our local village and dog friendly cafes and bars. When working with Head Trainer Matt you are getting access to his 18 years plus experience, including his experience of dog handling in the army as well as the 11plus years of owning, running Sit Happens and working with your beloved dogs. People travel from all over the country to work with Matt. You will also have access to his 4 dogs including Neil who has been hand picked trained from a puppy to help your dog If you keep up with the training and put into practice daily what you learn with Matt your training and a very happy dog will last their life time. **PLEASE write down your issues in the notes section when you book, even if we have spoken on the phone, we need to know so we can prepare for your session**

Cancellation Policy

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking. Payment Plans - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. ANY HOURS OWED OR AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE: You must use all of your hours from your training session that may be owed to you or as apart of your package with in 4months from your purchase date/first session. We are unable to follow up with any hours owing after this period of time. Please book your follow up sessions in for the hours you are owed and have paid for
