Service Description

After you click book now, please select your trainer from the drop down menu above the calender. You are paying for 4 hours of training which you can then use in separate hourly slots. Booking this way allows you to use a payment plan as you are booking more than 1 hour at a time. When you book you will book your 4 hour slot. You and your trainer will then discuss when to book your next sessions. When you come to book your next sessions please use the booking service called - follow up hour from package. **PLEASE write down your issues you would like to tackle in this next session please in the notes section when you book. Thank you** In these follow up sessions, you will continue to improve the behavior's and fine tune any curve balls the dog has thrown your way whilst you have been training in between sessions! if you have worked with Matt in the past you can also book a follow up hour with Ricky to fine tune any loose lead and recall or as a refresher. Held at Sit Happens HQ or your home, please select the location from the drop down menu above the calender. Mileage charge applies for follow up hours also.

Cancellation Policy

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking. ANY HOURS OWED OR AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE: You must use all of your hours from your training session that may be owed to you or as apart of your package with in 4months from your purchase date/first session.
