Join Matt, Ricky Emma, for one of our pack walks at our new location of Edenfield, £20.00 6 dogs To join you MUST of had either a 1-1 session, been a part of a class or seminar, joined our trainers must of met you and your dogs and agreed to you joining our walks. These walks are for clients only. In this smaller group we will be working on walking with other dogs through the village of Edenfield, heading onto a country walk of roads as well as fields and finishing off at the drop off cafe. THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR DOG REACTIVE DOGS - please get in touch if unsure. this is not a class or training session. Here you will socialize with your dog in a controlled safe manner. All dogs will be kept on the lead and kept a safe distance apart. During this 1 hour walk we are aiming for all dogs to be interested in each other but to have respect and boundaries for everyone. This is a great way to start to build your confidence up with meeting more people with dogs when out and about. With having a trainers each dog will be well watched so safe socialization can take place. Also a great way to spend time with our trainers - Please note this is not a training session. Our trainers will add fun bits of focus and obedience work to help you keep your dogs attention on you and have other dogs pass you :) To be a part if this walk: - you MUST of had either a 1-1 session, been a part of a class or seminar, Our trainers must of met you and your dogs and agreed to you joining our walks. These walks are for clients only. - All dogs MUST of had a walk before this session to make sure high energy has been burned off. - NOTE: This is NOT a training session. It will be a structured walk to get your dogs used to being around more dogs whilst walking and enjoying a more harmonious walk. We may not accept if your dog is too nervous and we think will this will be to much for your dog. This is NOT a training session but a follow on safe place to socialize your dog with obedience and focus work added through out the walk. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 6 DAYS . RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your your pack walk place we require 72 hours notice.

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking. Payment Plans - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. ANY HOURS OWED OR AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE: You must use all of your hours from your training session that may be owed to you or as apart of your package with in 4months from your purchase date/first session. We are unable to follow up with any hours owing after this period of time. Please book your follow up sessions in for the hours you are owed and have paid for
