Follow Up Training - 1 hour from package

Service Description

This is a 1 hour follow on session for you to book. This session can be held at Sit Happens HQ or at your Home. In these follow up sessions, we will continue to improve the behaviors and fine tune any curve balls the dog has thrown your way whilst you have been training in between sessions, you can add anything else you wish to cover with your trainer or if you would like to meet else where. PLEASE BOOK the trainer you have been working with. Cancellation Policy

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking. Payment Plans - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this.
