Service Description

This assessment takes place either at your home or Sit Happens HQ (bb4 6sh) Please Select your location from the drop down filter menu above the calendar when you come to book Ricky travels from BB4 6SH, and charges .50p per mile one way. This is t o be made payable directly to Ricky, he will be in touch. Please book Ricky for : - Pulling on the lead & recall - Dog reactivity from frustration & over excitement - Barking in and outside the house - Uncontrollable greeting of guests - Separation Anxiety - Confidence Building - Settling in public places - Dog Neutrality - Human reactivity - From over excitement - General manners e.g jumping up, side surfing, steeling socks etc - Impulse Control DO NOT BOOK IF BITE HISTORY currently a lower rate as he is new to the team, not new to dog training. You can book Emma to lay the foundations and book follow ups with Matt. You can book in with Ricky to deal with the above problems and book in a follow up hour later with trainers Matt to deal with any reactivity or other issues. Dog's you will work with: Harvey, Reggie, Neil (Onlead work only). Do not book for aggression/bite history of any sort or if your dog has redirected their reactivity on to you. One-to-one training where Ricky will sit with you and discuss your issues and get stuck straight into the training with you. Then you will get to work. Ricky will show you how the training works and what to do and how to do it. As well as training your dog she will also teach you. Then when you feel confident, you take the reins, and our trainers will guide and help you to become a Dog Whisperer in no time! Ricky is also available in between sessions for support. **PLEASE write down your issues in the notes section when you book, even if we have spoken on the phone or just now via email/text/fb. Cancellation Policy

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking.
