Kickstarter with Ricky, Senior Trainer

Service Description

This can either takes place either at your home or Sit Happens HQ (bb4 6sh) Please Select your location from the drop down filter menu above the calendar when you come to book Ricky travels from BB4 6SH, and charges .50p per mile one way. This is to be made payable directly to Ricky, he will be in touch. 4 hour session. You can be apart of this session also if you wished. We collect your dog and kick start their training into action. This is a starting point for your training. It can be hard to start the training yourself and some people find starting the training even with guidance hard. This service means the foundation for training is being laid by our highly sort after trainers ready for you to build on. To see improvements, you must continue training and follow the training our trainers set out for you. This is not a 'quick fix', this is a starting point. Our trainer's will advise about any follow-on training needed. The last 15 minutes of the session our trainer's will go over what has been trained in the session. Please book Ricky for : - Pulling on the lead & recall - Dog reactivity from frustration & over excitement - Barking in and outside the house - Uncontrollable greeting of guests - Separation Anxiety - Confidence Building - Settling in public places - Dog Neutrality - Human reactivity - From over excitement - General manners e.g jumping up, side surfing, steeling socks etc - Impulse Control DO NOT BOOK IF BITE HISTORY YOU MUST CONTINUE WITH THE TRAINING - remember this is a start.

Cancellation Policy

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking.
