Monthly Dog Neutrality Session

Service Description

Join Matt at Sit Happen to up your dogs neutrality game. Your dog must have completed their 1-1 training and attended pack walks before they are ready to join this session. Unsure if your dogs are ready for this session then please check with your trainer. CLIENTS ONLY. These sessions will be happening once a month and you can drop in and out of them like you do pack walks. These sessions are designed to have your dogs working closer together. Having your dog working with you around other dogs in a more high intense environment. Your dog will work on impulse control, running bast other dogs, being calm whilst other dogs run past them. We will even in some session build your dogs up to being ok with off lead dogs by working with Neil. We will work with agility equipment, learn new tricks and use the whole of the Sit Happens site including the lake. Each month we will add something different - the level we get to in each session will depend on the participants we have during that class. We will finish all settling around each other on the benches working on having our dogs be closer to each other.

Cancellation Policy

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking. Payment Plans - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. ANY HOURS OWED OR AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE: You must use all of your hours from your training session that may be owed to you or as apart of your package with in 4months from your purchase date/first session.
