Puppy Package - 4 hours, 3 sessions

Service Description

Age of puppy: 2month - 6months Package ran by Emma. You must use all hours for this package within 2months of purchase to make the most for your puppy. Consistency is key. Mileage charge 50p per mile one way to your home: Tuesday's, Saturday's & Thursday bookings you would pay mileage from Emma's postcode of: CW13 Monday, Wednesday's & Sunday's you would pay mileage from our HQ postcode BB46SH as Emma is based here. You are paying for 4 hours of training in total - you first book a 2 hour slot and then after your trainer has been to see you for your first session you book your follow up training sessions - the follow up training sessions are included in the amount you pay when booking. You do not pay again. Over three sessions, a 2 hour initial session and 2 x 1 hour follow up session, (that's 3 sessions altogether) you will learn all basic skills you need to give your puppy a fun and happy life - if you stick to the techniques you will also have a very well behaved dog. Like anything consistency is key. You will need to get in contact with us to book your follow up session for around 2 weeks after your first. We will tailor make the training needs for you and your puppy. you will cover such things: - calm greeting - sit, down & stay - crate training if you wish - teaching your puppy their name and to make sure they respond - manners eg not barging past you through the front door or any door, climbing up - not to bite - drop & leave - place & bed - getting out of the front door calmly - how to walk on a lead - recall basics - muzzle training - all dogs should have this incase of an emergency trip to the vets etc. With one-to-one training our trainers come to you so they can see your dog in it's normal environment and how it behaves in and around the house. In this first session Emma will assess your dog and the issues you are having, followed by explaining and getting good and stuck into the training - we're all about the hands on training. Emma will guide, show and teach you and your puppy and then when you feel confident, you take the reins and Emma will guide and help you to become a dog Whisperer in no time.

Cancellation Policy

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking. ANY HOURS OWED OR AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE: You must use all of your hours from your training session that may be owed to you or as apart of your package with in 4months from your purchase date/first session.
