Service Description

For under 4 months old only. We should start training from the moment our puppies step into their forever home. Need some training for your puppy but you don't want to commit to our puppy package then this is for you. Have Emma come to you and implement training specific to you and your puppy needs. Once you start working with Emma she will then recommend what is best for you and your puppy next, whether it's follow up 1-1 training, puppy club or our Urban Exposure/Socialisation training tailor made for your puppy. This session is ideal for those who have just welcomed their puppy and want to start implementing the steps they need in the house to get our puppies to be fun loving and well mannered dog we dream of. This session can be used to work on getting our puppies ready for the vets and more Our trainers charge 1 way .50p per mile for mileage, this is to be paid on the day of your session to the trainer. Emma Travels from CW12 3HQ, Mileage charge: Tuesday's, Saturday's & Thursday bookings you would pay mileage from Emma's postcode of: CW12 3HQ Monday, Wednesday's & Sunday's you would pay mileage from our HQ postcode BB46SH as Emma is based here. **PLEASE write down your issues in the notes section when you book, even if we have spoken on the phone. MILEAGE charge: Please note that mileage will be charged at 50p per mile. This can be paid after booking. Any questions please ask😊

Cancellation Policy

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking. Payment Plans - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. ANY HOURS OWED OR AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE: You must use all of your hours from your training session that may be owed to you or as apart of your package with in 4months from your purchase date/first session.
