With Matt’s expert guidance and aftercare support, you'll know exactly what to do, how to do it, and when to do it, ensuring continued success even after you return home. Tailored Training Sessions with Matt: Enjoy between 3 – 4 training sessions with Matt each day at his HQ, utilizing his 4 dogs and a fully enclosed safe field. Explore local dog walks, towns, and dog-friendly cafes/pubs under Matt’s guidance, enriching your training experience. Comfortable Accommodation in Phoebe: Stay in our dog-friendly, quirky self-catering glamping accommodation, Phoebe. Equipped with all the comforts of home, including a bathroom with shower, working gas cooker, fridge, and a dedicated bedroom for your dog. Phoebe ensures a calm, cozy oasis for both you and your furry friend, allowing you to relax and focus on your training. Tailored Pricing and Payment Plans: Prices vary based on the length of stay and training required, starting at £1600 for a 1-night stay and 2-day training with head trainer Matt, boasting 20 years of experience. Cancellation Policy

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking. Payment Plans - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. ANY HOURS OWED OR AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE: You must use all of your hours from your training session that may be owed to you or as apart of your package with in 4months from your purchase date/first session. We are unable to follow up with any hours owing after this period of time. Please book your follow up sessions in for the hours you are owed and have paid for
