Service Description

Train & Stay - the new way to residential train... The difference between our train & stay and normal residential training is that you are involved every step of the way. Meaning we work with you as well as your dog so you two have the tools to continue your dogs training with confidence. Why does this work where residential fails? Because it is usually, you the human, that needs the training as much as your dog. We have developed a program like no one else in the UK that focuses on you and your dog and real world training. Why do our results work? Your dog has learnt that the training doesn't only work with their trainer but also you. Often in residential training your dog learns everything new with their trainer, but because you have not been trained how to continue training or what to do if your dog throws a curve ball your way the training will often decline after a few months. Here you know exactly what to do, how to do it and when to do it. You also have Matt for your aftercare on hand. The minimum stay is 1 night with 2 days of training. In your days of training, you will have between 3 – 4 training sessions with Matt each day, taking place at his HQ with access to his 4 dogs and a fully enclosed safe field. Your training will also take you off site to local popular dogs walks and Matt can also take you into towns and to dog friendly cafes/pubs, pets at home etc. A typical training day starts at 10am and finishes at 7pm with breaks in-between for you and your dog. Matt takes on no other training, he is all yours. You will stay in our dog friendly quirky self-catering glamping accommodation, Phoebe. Phoebe is our motorhome of joy. She has a bathroom with shower, working gas cooker, fridge and a bedroom especially for your dog. Our Motorhome has been transformed into a calm cosy oasis that is totally dog friendly – so you do not need to worry about your muddy dog, we have converted Phoebe in mind especially for those big dogs as well as the small ones. You can rest assured that your dog is safe if you decide to join Matt and Emily for tea at our favourite restaurant to chat all things dogs. You will have access to our whole site and us 24/7. Prices vary on length of stay & training. Prices start at £1600 for a 1-night stay and 2 day training with head trainer Matt with 20 years experience. Cancellation Policy

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking. Payment Plans - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. ANY HOURS OWED OR AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE: You must use all of your hours from your training session that may be owed to you or as apart of your package with in 4months from your purchase date/first session. We are unable to follow up with any hours owing after this period of time. Please book your follow up sessions in for the hours you are owed and have paid for
