Train and Stay - at your home

Service Description

This service is ideal for those who need intensive training and/or live further afield and would benefit more from having Matt work directly with you in your home and around your home area. This training can be beneficial for many issues, whether issues as serious as resource guarding, dog reactivity or if you are after a mini boot camp for your dog which can cover such things as manners, recall and pulling on the lead. The difference between this training and residential is that you are involved every step of the way. Meaning we work with you as well as your dog so you two have the tools to continue your dog’s training with confidence. This is a more cost-effective way of having intensive training with Matt with hands on time for your whole length of stay. The minimum stay is 1 night with 2 days of training. In your days of training, you will have between 3 – 4 training sessions with Matt each day. Your training days will work around you and your dog’s needs with regards to training. Your training will also take place in your home and to your local popular dogs walks into towns and to dog friendly cafes/pubs, pets at home etc. A typical training day starts at 10am and finishes at 7pm with breaks in-between for you and your dog. Matt takes on no other training, he is all yours. Matt travels to you and staying at local accommodation so he is all yours with easy access to you and your family. Prices vary on what you are after and your length of stay. Prices start at £1800 for a 1-night stay and 2-day training with head trainer Matt with over 18 years’ experience. Payment plans available tailor made to suit you and your budget. The cost is extra for Matt to travel to you as we have accommodation costs & travel costs to take care of. You can also book a weekend of training and choose to say off site in your own found accommodation. Cancellation Policy

POLICY FOR 1-1 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION BY YOU: Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 6 days prior to the event. A full refund will be made of any fees paid. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS RECIEVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT RESCEDULING YOUR SESSION: Should you need to reschedule your 1-2-1 session we require 48 hour notice, we can only reschedule your session once. If you try to reschedule more than once you will loose your original booking and must make a new full paid booking. We will not offer a refund for a booking that has previously been rescheduled CANCELLATION BY US: Should it be necessary for us to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your session at the earliest time convenient or offer a full refund. PAYMENT PLANS - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. Tailor made packages/train & stay's We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. PAY IN FULL - Cancellation policy, We require 1 months notice in writing you will receive a full refund minus the 25% non refundable deposit. We are unable to process a refund after the 1 month before your booking. Payment Plans - we are unable to accept any cancellations or refunds for our payment plans. by signing up to our payment plan you are agreeing to this. ANY HOURS OWED OR AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE: You must use all of your hours from your training session that may be owed to you or as apart of your package with in 4months from your purchase date/first session. We are unable to follow up with any hours owing after this period of time. Please book your follow up sessions in for the hours you are owed and have paid for
